Terms Of Service:

1. All price quoted are subject to the date, time, location and availability of our makeup artist. Please note that the price quoted includes standard travel fees in accordance with our booking policy, as our makeup artists travel to your location via ride-hailing services such as Grab. Therefore, the final travel charges may be subject to adjustment accordingly. We seek your kind understanding on this matter.
2. Early-Morning Service Surcharge. Please note that our standard service rate applies to appointments starting from 7:00am onwards. The following early-morning surcharges apply based on the scheduled service start time of the appointment:

• • 6:00am – 6:59am: SGD 50 per artist
  • 5:00am – 5:59am: SGD 80 per artist
  • 4:00am – 4:59am: SGD 120 per artist
  • Before 4:00am: From SGD 150 per artist

3. Transport & Location Surcharges. Standard travel within our regular service coverage area is included in the service rate. Additional transport surcharges may apply for locations requiring extended travel, special access or additional travel arrangements. Additional transport charges may apply where the location requires special transportation arrangements.:

• • Sentosa: SGD 50 per artist
  • Tuas / designated remote industrial locations: SGD 50 per artist
  • Changi Airport / designated remote Changi locations: SGD 50 per artist
  • Offshore / special-access locations: From SGD 50 per artist

4. A SGD 100 public holiday surcharge per artist applies to bookings scheduled on Singapore Public Holidays.
5. Bookings made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a SGD 100 last-minute booking surcharge per artist. Last-minute bookings are subject to artist availability and cannot be guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed and payment has been received.
6. Client-Caused Delay. Our artists are scheduled according to specific time slots. Clients are therefore requested to be ready at the agreed appointment time. Where a delay is caused by the client, the following charges will apply:

• • Less than 30 minutes: No late fee. However, the original service completion time cannot be guaranteed.
  • 30–59 minutes: SGD 50 per artist
  • 60–89 minutes: SGD 100 per artist
  • Each additional completed 30-minute period: SGD 50 per artist

7. Any extension of the service period is subject to the artist’s availability and cannot be guaranteed. Artist Standby / Event Follow-Through. Where the client requires the makeup artist to remain on standby or to stay at the venue for event follow-through, touch-ups, or other services after the scheduled makeup and hairdo session, a standby fee of SGD 100 per hour per artist onwards will apply. The applicable rate will be confirmed based on the nature and duration of the standby requirement.
8. Additional Venue / Location Transfer. Where the artist is required to travel between two or more venues or locations during the booking, an additional location transfer fee of SGD 50 onwards per artist, plus any applicable transport charges, will apply. The applicable fee will depend on the distance, travel time, and transportation requirements.
9. Exceptional Parking, Valet, Ferry & Access Costs. Any exceptional costs incurred by the makeup artist in connection with the booking, including but not limited to parking fees, valet parking charges, ferry or boat fares, tolls, special-access transportation or other venue-mandated access fees will be charged to the client at actual cost. Where possible, such costs will be communicated to the client in advance. However, charges imposed directly by the venue or transportation provider may be passed on to the client accordingly.
10. Please note that makeup accessories are not provided, but you may purchase them from online or shop, and our makeup artist will be happy to help incorporate them into your hairstyle.
11. To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit confirms your appointment, artist allocation and avoid last-minute cancellations or changes.
12. The remaining 50% balance payment is required at least 7 days prior to the scheduled makeup event. However, any exceptions may be considered at the discretion of management depending on the situation.
13. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in payment forfeiture, as the timeslot has been reserved exclusively for you. Such last minutes changes also result in lost business opportunities for our company because it prevent us from accepting other booking.
14. All makeup brushes, tools and makeup products used by our makeup artists are kept clean and are sanitized before every makeup application. Clients are required to inform us in advance of any known skin sensitivities, allergies, medical conditions or previous adverse reactions to cosmetic or skincare products. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, you are strongly advised to bring and use your own suitable makeup and skincare products for the actual day makeup application. We shall not be held liable for any skin irritation, allergic reaction, sensitivity, discomfort, injury or other adverse reaction arising from the use of makeup, skincare or cosmetic products during the service.
15. Our makeup artists will make every reasonable effort to achieve the desired look based on the reference photos and discussions provided but we do not guarantee an exact replication of any makeup or hairstyle. The final outcome may vary from person to person due to factors beyond our control including but not limited to skin type, skin condition, facial features, hair length, hair texture, hair thickness, hair condition, natural hair volume, previous chemical treatments, weather conditions and the client’s preparation prior to the appointment. Reference photos are intended as a guide only.
16. By proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges and accepts that variations in the final makeup and hairstyle are normal and do not constitute a failure to provide the service as agreed. No refunds, discounts or compensation shall be provided solely on the basis that the final outcome differs from the reference photo or the client’s expectations, provided the service has been delivered professionally and in accordance with the agreed requirements. The client further agrees that any outstanding balance payment must be settled in full upon completion of the service.
