Terms of Service

  1. *All price quoted are subject to the date, time, location and availability of our makeup artist. Please note that the price quoted includes standard travel fees in accordance with our booking policy, as our makeup artists travel to your location via ride-hailing services such as Grab. However, transportation fares may vary from time to time depending on factors such as distance, real-time demand and peak hour surcharges. Therefore, the final travel charges may be subject to adjustment accordingly. We seek your kind understanding on this matter.
  2. Please note that makeup artists are assigned automatically by our system, and requests for a specific artist cannot be accommodated.
  3. Clients are responsible for selecting the appropriate makeup package based on their requirements, either independently or after consultation with our consultant. If the selected package does not accurately reflect the requested service, additional charges may apply. We reserve the right to decline, modify or cancel any booking if the actual requirements exceed the scope of the package selected or cannot be reasonably accommodated. In such cases, any deposit or payment made shall be deemed non-refundable and may be forfeited to cover administrative costs, reservation of the appointment slot and loss of business opportunities arising from the booking.
  4. Please note that makeup accessories are not provided, but you may purchase them from online or shop, and our makeup artist will be happy to help incorporate them into your hairstyle.
  5. To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit confirms your appointment, artist allocation and avoid last-minute cancellations or changes.
  6. The remaining 50% balance payment is required at least 7 days prior to the scheduled makeup event. However, any exceptions may be considered at the discretion of management depending on the situation.
  7. Please note that bookings scheduled before 6am are subject to an additional S$50 surcharge because our makeup artists travel via ride-hailing services such as Grab. During early hours, there are usually fewer available drivers, which can make transportation more limited and costly.
  8. Please note that an additional S$100 surcharge applies to bookings made less than 48 hours before the event, in accordance with our booking policy because we need to adjust schedules and sometimes rearrange existing appointments. In some cases, it may also require overtime or premium allocation of resources to accommodate your last minute request.
  9. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in payment forfeiture, as the timeslot has been reserved exclusively for you.
  10. Please note that a “late fee” will be applied if the session starts later than the agreed time, as our artists are booked on a tight timeline. An additional charge of S$50 will apply for every 15 minutes of delay. Any delay may affect the artist’s next appointment or the company may need to assign a new artist to cover the subsequent booking. This may result in additional planning and costs.
  11. Our makeup artists will make every reasonable effort to achieve the desired look based on the reference photos and discussions provided but we do not guarantee an exact replication of any makeup or hairstyle. The final outcome may vary from person to person due to factors beyond our control including but not limited to skin type, skin condition, facial features, hair length, hair texture, hair thickness, hair condition, natural hair volume, previous chemical treatments, weather conditions and the client’s preparation prior to the appointment. Reference photos are intended as a guide only.
  12. By proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges and accepts that variations in the final makeup and hairstyle are normal and do not constitute a failure to provide the service as agreed. No refunds, discounts or compensation shall be provided solely on the basis that the final outcome differs from the reference photo or the client’s expectations, provided the service has been delivered professionally and in accordance with the agreed requirements. The client further agrees that any outstanding balance payment must be settled in full upon completion of the service.
